I'm not a fan of turkey. Not even on Thanksgiving. But a few years ago my hubby started making Fried Curry Turkey. Its easily become one of the most anticipated items to consume at Thanksgiving Dinner. Deland has to work for a few hours this morning so I've started the curry brine. Man oh man, our house smells GOOD! I'm exited to eat dinner tomorrow!
