A few months ago I taught Addy how to crack an egg. Last week I taught her how to fry eggs. The next day she taught Joseph to crack an egg. (She loves teaching. Frankly, she's good at it. She is patient and encouraging. Its so fun to watch her!) Anyway, today Addy made tuna sandwiches for herself and he brothers. Twice. She also fried eggs for herself and Oliver. *and yes, I told her to "back I that thang up" and not cook that close to the pan.* (I helped Joseph make his own fried eggs.) Addy also put Georgia down for a nap today. Twice. I'm so impressed by the "can do" attitude Addy has. (She gets it from her daddy!) But I am a little worried. She might put me out of a job! Haha!
