HE SOLD HIS FIRST CAR!

On Saturday, July 19^th – Deland’s first full day at his dealership – he sold his first car! I am so proud of him. One of the other new employees has been there two weeks and has not sold a single car. Most of the sales people wait inside for customers to come. Deland waits outside so that he can get to the customers first. (It all works on a first come first serve basis.) Joe Girard (author of "How To Sell Yourself," "How To Sell Anything To Anybody," and "How To Close Every Sale”) said he did whatever he had to do to be the first to the customers, that he did not socialize with the other sales people and just focused on work when he was at his dealership. That is Deland’s plan as well. Of course, Deland is kind to everyone, but he doesn’t mind getting on the other guys nerves by being the first one to talk to the customers. It’s just business.

Anyway, as you can tell I am really pleased with my handsome, hardworking, loving, kind, amazing husband. I feel fortunate to be his wife. I know he will succeed at whatever he sets him mind to doing. He is just that kind of person. We are both so grateful for the Lords blessings at this time. He blesses us more than we deserve, and we are indebted to Him; but that is one debt we will never pay off! ;) Thanks again for all of your thoughts and prayers!
